Return Policy
Product Exchange/Return is possible within 14 days from the purchase date. Products sold under discounts, accessories, bags, shoes are non-returnable/non-refundable once sold.
Option 1
Visit any of the Aditi Infinity outlets of your convenience, with the original invoice along with the item(s) you wish to return. You can exchange the items you wish to return with another item worth of the item(s) you returned.
Option 2
Send an e-mail to returns@aditiinfinity.com mentioning the below details.
- Invoice Number
- Purchased Date
- Barcode number of returning item(s) and quantity
- Reason for return
- Your e-mail address registered with Aditi
- Your contact number
Upon receiving your e-mail we will contact you for return arrangements. If the return is due to the incorrect or faulty product; the return courier will be free of charge to you otherwise you will need to pay for the return courier.
To be eligible for an exchange, returning goods should be in their original condition with the tag intact and with original, undamaged packaging. Once we receive your product, after a quality check we will transfer the equivalent value to your Aditi account as store credits (there will strictly be no cash or card refunds) within 7 days. These store credits are redeemable within 90 days from the date of issue.
All the stated terms and conditions apply to general interactions between Aditi and its customers. We do not accept any other terms or conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise. These terms and conditions are subject to change at the sole discretion of Aditi management, without prior notice to the customer.
